The My Documents
section under the OSP tab offers many generic and specialized search options that can help you get to the document you are looking for. You can use the View
option (towards the left of the My Documents section header) by entering how many documents you want to view and then choosing from one of the categories offered in the drop down list.Available options are:
Recently changed status, My Role: PI, My Role: Co-PI, Docs that need my signature, Docs that I createdDeans
will also see options like Docs with cost share and Docs with IDC waiverDelegates
of deans and department heads will also see a Docs that are delegated to me for approval option.
Just enter the number of documents you wish to view and chose a browse type and click Go!
You can also use the Filter Docs By
option (towards the right side of the My Documents section header) by choosing a Search Filter and entering some keywords and hitting the Filter button. Available Search Filters are:
Agency, Keyword and Status.Administrative Assistants
will also see an option that says My PI(s).
For a more detailed search, you can use the Advanced Search/Reports Engine
