Dr. Lehmann has authored or presented more than 30 publications and holds 6 patents.   He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He has held various offices in IEEE, both at the local and the national level, served on a number of IEEE International Symposia Steering Committees, served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (MTT), and currently is on the Editorial Review Board for the IEEE-MTT Transactions.

Professional Activities
  • Currently serving as a Steering Committee member of the RF Mini-Symposium held each year at Baylor University, sponsored by IEEE-MTT.
  • Served on the 2004 IEEE International Microwave Symposium Steering Committee
  • Served as Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 2003-2004
  • Served as Chairman of the 2000 IEEE-Dallas Section Emerging Technologies Symposium
  • Received 1998 IEEE MTT-S Microwave Application Award for the ―Invention and Application of Series Inductive Feedback in MMIC Low Noise Amplifiers‖
  • Received the 1996 Outstanding Engineer Award from the IEEE—Dallas Section
