Professional Business Experience
I am a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in Texas and New York. I retired on September 30, 2001 as a Tax Partner in the Southwest Area (SWA) office of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) where I specialized in the human resources and tax aspects of global assignments. While at EY, I was the Global Employment Solutions (GEmS) Area Leader in the SWA and was a member of the firm’s Global Employment Solutions advisory leadership team. I spent his entire career of 32 years with Ernst & Young, and was a tax partner for 19 years

l began teaching at The University of Texas at Dallas in the Spring of 2002. ln the summer semester of 2002, l became a part- time (50%-75% at fall, 2005) faculty member in the School of Management. My course assignments have included:
